Embark on a daily nature and fun tour of Alanya Sapadere Canyon, a charming green paradise located approximately 40 km away from Alanya in the Mediterranean region. The area boasts a rich variety of flora and fauna, offering visitors a glimpse of all shades of green. The canyon, spanning 360 meters in length and located 3 km away from Sapadere Village, was formed by erosion from water, ice, and wind over thousands of years, resulting in a stunning array of rock formations.
Visitors can easily access the canyon's wooden walkways, allowing them to marvel at the rapidly gushing water over a series of rock steps, numerous waterfalls, rare plants, and different species of animals and birds living within this natural habitat. As you walk through the canyon, breathe in the clean, fresh air, and let the cascading turquoise water over the rocks refresh and rejuvenate your spirit.
At the end of the pathway, 300 meters inside the canyon's entrance, lies the breathtakingly beautiful waterfall, a popular spot for visitors to take photos and even swim in the natural pool at the bottom of the waterfall. Brave souls can use the surrounding step-ladders to reach the water, although jumping is not recommended. The water temperature rarely exceeds 12°C even in the peak of summer, making for a truly refreshing experience.
In addition to the canyon, our Alanya Sapadere Canyon tour program also includes a visit to Sapadere village's mosque, the Nomadic Village café where visitors can taste Turkish pizza (Gözleme), and the Dwarves Cave, offering visitors a well-rounded and memorable experience.
