Children policy
1st child aged between 0 – 5,99 will be accommodated Free of Charge in the room with the adults, for the 1st child aged between 6 – 11,99 and 2nd child aged between 0 – 11,99 the extra bed rate is 25.00 €. For the 3rd Adult (age of 12 and above) the extra bed rate is 50.00 € for all room categories. (These terms are valid for all room categories except Prime Rooms (exceeding 2 persons is N/A) and Palatial Cappadocian Mansion (exceeding 5 persons is N/A). In Grandiose Cappadocian Mansion and Grandiose Cappadocian “Pool” Mansion, the additional bed costs will be valid starting from the 7th person.
cancellation policy
You may cancel your reservation 7 days before your arrival date. If you do not cancel by this time, you will be charged for the entire rate of your stay. Please note that for non-refundable reservations modifications, amendments and cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
